• If you would like to change your visit to virtual, please call our office. Some visit types are not able to be changed to virtual.

 ** Some insurances are "will not" pay for these visits and will be considered CASH PAY **

TELEHEALTH VIDEO:

 Once you have scheduled an appointment, then you will need to log onto our virtual visit link at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment.  Enter your first and last name and click submit to check into our virtual waiting room.
